Reference Checks for up to 3 Former Employers/Families
Ask your nanny for at least three references/supervisors of prior employment or families that she has previously worked for. We will contact every single one of them. We get details. How long was she employed? How did she perform? Why did she leave? Would they hire her again? Do they recommend you hire her? We have several questions that probe the reference to give accurate and useful information that will help you make your decision. Our highly trained staff knows how to get information about candidates from references. We will contact the nanny candidate for more references if we can’t reach the people listed or if they cannot provide us with enough information.
